The building committee has asked for prayer in regards to the seller’s standing contract with the local strawberry farm.  Praise the Lord, God reminds us that the building project doesn’t just involved raising funds, but more importantly prayer. He wants us to depend on Him in times of trouble, to not be afraid and to experience victory through Jesus. May brothers and sisters grow their faith as together we are refined by fire, our faith be proven genuine and result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus is revealed. (I Peter 1:6-7)  May our faith be strengthened like that of Thomas, who after touching Jesus’  pierced hands, and his pierced sides, said “ my Lord, my God!!” May our relationship with the Lord be renewed and be built on our faith in Him, our intimate walk with Him.

If there are still amongst us people that say “The time has not come yet for the Lord’s house to be rebuilt.” (Haggai 1:2), may God change our perspectives and help us unite as one. If we have weakness within ourselves, may the Lord strengthen us. Remember the words of our shepherd pastor Kai: to rekindle our first love.” May God help us to put his business first, that his kingdom would take priority.  May His work be a joy and not a burden to us.
